The 11th Commencement Exercises of Central Philippines State University-Victorias Campus has officially declared 322 graduands as graduates of Academic Year 2024-2025 this June 23, 2025.
93 Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness (BSAB), 89 Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), 70 Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED), and 70 Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) graduands marched in the graduation ceremony as members of the Class of 2025.
Parents and guardians beheld as CPSUโs Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Grenny I. Jungco, on behalf of Dr. Aladino C. Moraca, confirmed the graduation of the candidates in the ceremony held at the Don Alejandro Acuรฑa Yap Quiรฑa Memorial Cultural Center.
Victorias City Mayor-Elect and guest speaker, Hon. Abelardo โJunbโ D. Bantug III, made the event more meaningful with is profound words of felicitations saying, โTo the graduates of CPSU-Victorias Campus, congratulations to your well-earned achievement. What you have accomplished today is no small feat. You are the living proof that resilience and perseverance, not privilege or perfect conditions are the true foundations of success. Each of you carries a story of sacrifice, of late nights spent studying, of doubts conquered by determination, of obstacles overcome not by ease but by enthusiasm. Itโs these stories that define your character more than any medal could. Behind your success, too, are those who stood by you. To the parents and guardians, thank you got being the quiet strength, and steadfast foundation behind each graduate. To the educators and mentors, thank you for planting not just knowledge but wisdom, compassion, and knowledge. To our institutional partners, thank you for believing in the countless potential of your workโฆThis campus is more than an academic institution. It is a cradle of hope.โ
10 Magna Cum Laude and 24 Cum Laude Latin distinctions, and 2 special awards were conferred to student achievers who met or exceeded the academic criteria set by the University, and manifested consistent commendable diligence throughout their collegiate journey as reflected by their General Weighted Averages.

It is your sacrifice, your sweat, your sleepless nights, and your unconditional love made tangibleโฆGrowth isnโt always glamorous. Sometimes, it is embarrassing. Awkward and full of charcoal. But always, always worth itโฆ My dear fellow graduates, today is the awakening. We are stepping out of the dream weโve held onto for years and into a world that scares us. But why should we fear what lies behind this commencement? After all, the universe is ours,โ said Mr. Justin Rex A. Cajelo, Class Valedictorian.
Honored guests including Hon. Bantug, and Victorias City Vice Mayor-Elect, Hon. Francis Frederick Palanca, and CPSU key officials namely, Dr. Jungco, Board Secretary V and University Mace Bearer, Maโam Nelly N. Cabual, Public Information Office Head, Dr. Freia L. Vargas, and CPSU-Candoni Campusโ newly appointed Administrator, Dr. Juno E. Pajarillo.
CPSU-Victorias Campus also acknowledged the diligence and honored the memory of the deceased BSIT graduand, Mr. Rolly. S. Tulay, as the university officials awarded him his diploma received on his behalf by his family who carried his graduation portrait.
The Baccalaureate Mass for the CPSU-Victorias Campus Class of 2025 was celebrated on the afternoon of June 22, succeeded by the Hooding Ceremony, and were held at the Padre Pio Chapel, Nordson, Victorias City.
The campus also celebrated its 14th Recognition Ceremony in the morning of June 23 at the same memorial center, to highlight the best performing and most outstanding Cenphilians who academically and holistically exhibited very commendable performances and gave excellent contributions in service and honor of the institution, with the theme: โInspiring Tomorrow by Celebrating Todayโs Success.โ
Rounds of applause reverberated in the Commencement Exercises venue as Dr. Noel B. Fordente, CPSU-Victorias Campus Administrator, welcomed the attendees, and led the crowd to dedicate enthusiastic rounds of claps to the people who made AY 2024-2025 reach a productive and noteworthy end.
