Central Philippines State University Hinoba-an Campus was formerly known as Negros State College of Agriculture Hinoba-an Campus was founded in the year 2007 through the initiative of the then University President, Freddie C. Maningo, PhD, CPA, CPSU is a rising University in the south, dedicated to providing quality education that meets the needs of the local community. The campus offers a program, including Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Information Technology, and Bachelor of Agribusiness, strategically chosen to address the region's evolving needs in education, technology, and agriculture. This commitment to excellence is reflected in the campusโ achievement of Level 1 accreditation for all three programs.
