The ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) announced that Central Philippines State University is now officially an associate member of AUN-QA.
With 23 new Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) universities added to the AUN-QA Thematic Network, CPSU is now listed among the twelve new associate member universities from the Philippines.
Established in 1998, the AUN-QA focuses on quality assurance and was created to realize the mission of harmonizing educational standards and seeking continuous improvement of the academic quality of universities in the ASEAN region.
It can be recalled that CPSU Graduate School Dean, Prof. Riza Stephanie A. Alfaras, and Quality Assurance Director, Dr. Grenny I. Jungco attended the AUN-QA Tier 1 Training held in Bangkok, Thailand, from August 27 to 30, 2024—learning from the expertise of AUN-QA trainers from prestigious ASEAN Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
As a new associate member as envisioned by the university President, Dr. Aladino C. Moraca who pushed for the said membership, CPSU continues to bolster the quality of its service for students and its clientele to provide life-changing educational learning experiences and innovative technologies that are supported by standard-exceeding processes and services, in service of global and local clientele.
