Central Philippines State University donated books to various institutions namely: the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) - Kabankalan, BJMP - Himamaylan, and a remote school under the Department of Education - Candoni.
This is in compliance to the Commission on Audit (COA) circular no. 2020-006 dtd. Jan. 31, 2020 re: "Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE), Recognition of PPE Items Found in the Station, Disposition for Non-existing/Missing PPE Items, for the One-Time Cleansing of PPE Account Balances of Government Agencies."
The turnovers of the donated items were facilitated by CPSU's Supply Office, headed by Ma'am Ma. Socorro Llamas, and accompanied by the COA State Auditor IV.
