The Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) organized an orientation for the University’s teaching and non-teaching personnel on the basic policies of Central Philippines State University on essential documents and other privileges.
The HRMO head, Ma’am Shiela May L. Escorial reiterated existing policies for the university workforce in the activity held at the Main Campus Accreditation Center, on the mornings of September 9 and 10, 2024.
With Ma’am Escorial, the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Engr. Marc Alexei Caesar B. Badajos, PhD, was also present in the event, addressing queries and making clarifications for questions raised by the attendees.
When asked for the objective behind the activity, the HRMO answered, “The office organized orientations for the civil servants in this Higher Education Institution to refresh their knowledge about the existing policies, and to address misconceptions and confusions for future-oriented compliance.”
The topics included in the orientation were Daily Time Record submissions, leaves, as well as habitual absenteeism, tardiness, and loafing.
Initiatives, including orientations for the university’s personnel, are conducted to ensure effective and efficient performance by civil servants—providing quality service through service-ready human-resource and streamlined processes.
