The Joint 3rd International Summit on Educational Management and Emerging Technology (ISEME 2025) and 4th International Conference on Management and Social Sciences (ICMSS 2025) brought together global scholars and industry leaders at Olivarez College, Las Piñas, Metro Manila.

 Co-organized by Central Philippines State University (CPSU) in collaboration with Olivarez College, Academia ResearchLab (ARL), India, and other esteemed Philippine higher education institutions, the conference was held from October 5 to 7 with the theme, “Educational Management, Social Science, and Emerging Technology.”

 CPSU–Candoni Campus’ Mr. Aristonie Sangco received the Best Presenter Award, while CPSU–Hinigaran Campus students, Mr. Dan Salarda (Bachelor of Elementary Education) and Mr. John Carlo Braga (Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics), along with Graduate School student Rev. Fr. Jiver H. Alipo-on, also participated in the conference-summit as presenters.

 Conference-summit moderator Dr. Lycel Lagnason-Pacheco was joined by Dr. Ma. Fe T. Macairan and Mr. Jefrey G. Alegi (CPSU–Hinigaran Campus faculty members) in both the organizing committee and the roster of presenters, where they shared their respective research endeavors before attending students, scholars, researchers, educators, and industry leaders.

 In addition, Dr. Joe-an Mae G. Escober, Director of CPSU’s International Affairs and Linkages Office (IALO), also served as a panel reactor and presenter, while Dr. Jose Edmundo Odencio from CPSU–Moises Padilla Campus presented his paper as well.

 The conference-summit also served as an avenue for experts to discuss cutting-edge trends in education, management, social sciences, and technology—overcoming political, geographical, and disciplinary barriers for the advancement of the academe.
