Central Philippines State University (CPSU) has secured the 105th spot in the 2025 edition of the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), under the “Global Top 400 Innovative Universities.”

In addition to its overall standing, CPSU earned notable positions in several sub-categories:
1. Rank 14 – Entrepreneurial Spirit
2. Rank 17 – Crisis Management
3. Rank 38 – Funding for Sustainability

This milestone, once more, reaffirms CPSU’s status as one of the world’s leading higher education institutions driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies, practices, and initiatives. 

The university rose to 105th place out of 1,253 universities from 87 countries, with 4,866 programs evaluated.

CPSU’s consistent achievements stem from its unwavering commitment to its institutional mission, vision, and goals of technology generation—led by University President Dr. Aladino C. Moraca, with the strategic efforts of the internationalization working team under the leadership of International Affairs and Linkages Director, Dr. Joe-an Mae G. Escober.

The 2025 WURI rankings were officially released on July 9, 2025.
