System of Admission

 

          Any students who aspires to study in NSCA must observe the following process of admission:

  • Claim a copy of NSCA BULLETIN OF INFORMATION at the Office of Student Affairs.

  • Prospective first year applicants are required to apply in person to the Office of Student Affairs to undergo the preliminary interview.

  •  Present the following documents to the Admission Committee for evaluation:

>> Original copy of the fourth year high school card (Form 138-A or !37-A) marked “Eligible for     Admission in College”

>> Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral from the secondary school where graduated.

>> 6 copies of 2x2 colored pictures with nametag.

>> Original copy of medical certificate signed by a licensed medical doctor.

>> Original copy of an authenticated Certificate of Live Birth

>>  Original copy of Barangay Clearance

>>  Original copy of Police Clearance

>> 3 pieces long brown envelopes

 

  •  Pay 50.00 Admission Fee at the NSCA Cashier

  •  Present the official receipt to the Admission completely and properly.

  • Take note of the schedule for the orientation and NSCA College Entrance Examination.

  • Attend the ORIENTATION as indicated in the given schedule.

  •  Take the NSCA College Entrance Examination (bring your own lead pencil.)

  •  Report to the Office of Student Affairs to secure the PRE-ENROLMENT FORM.

  •   Report to the NSCA Medical Health Unit for PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.

  • Report to the Dean of the School applied in for the INTERVIEW.

  •  Submit to the Dean of the School the filled-out PRE-ENROLMENT FORM and secure the necessary

    recommendation.

 

  •  Submit to the Dean of Student Affairs the Pre-enrolment Form for APPROVAL together with the following documents:

>>  Barangay Clearance

>>  Police Clearance

>>  NSCA Security Clearance

>>  Filled-out Information Sheet

>>  Filled-out Housing Information Form

>>  Filled-out Pledge

 

  • Bring the approved Pre-enrolment Form to the Dean of the School for registration or enrolment.

 

 

 

 

Transferees

 

 

  • Transferees from other universities and colleges are required to present the following:

>> Original copy of Official Transcript of Records, Honorable Dismissal and Certificate of Good Moral form the university/college last attended by the student.

>> 6 copies of 2x2 colored pictures with nametag.

>>  Original copy of medical certificate signed by a licensed medical doctor.

>>  Original copy of an authenticated Certificate Live Birth

>>  Original copy of Barangay Clearance

>>  Original copy of Police Clearance

 

  •  Transferees will only be allowed admission to NSCA on the condition that no failing, dropped or incomplete grades are obtained from the previous University/College where he/she has enrolled.

  •  In case a transferee student is a student of an agriculture course from previous university/college where he/she has enrolled, an aptitude test (try-out) is not anymore required to him/her upon admission.

  •  The list of qualified applicants will be released in the official bulletin board of the Office of Student Affairs and other strategic places within the College.
